|What is Membership in Pine Island?
Pine Island is not a time sharing project. It's easy to purchase
lasting Membership in Pine Island RV Resort.
The Member is entitled to year 'round use of the property and
facilities according to the protective restrictions and regulations.
Members pay a discounted camping rate of $15.00/night* for RV
sites and $10.00/night* for tent sites. (*these rates can change by vote
of Board of Directors)

The trial membership user is entitled to 6 months use of all properties and facilities according to the
by-laws and operating regulations of the park. At the end of the trial period, if you wish to continue the
membership, it may be converted to a regular membership and your membership dues may be paid
1. Must be of legal age to participate.
2. Pine Island, Coast to Coast & RPI members are not eligible for the 3 day/2 night offer.
You will be billed at the beginning of the quarter when your storage is due.
If your storage is more than three months past due you will not be allowed to move your property until the
amount is paid.
We will also put trailers on site. You will need to call at least 24 hours in advance. The charge for this
service is $15.00 each way. We will block and level your RV, but we do not hook up anything.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You must call the office at least 24 hours in advance to have you trailer moved. No
exceptions. We will only move RV's onto a space the day that you are coming in. The unit will be returned
to storage at owner's expense if member does not show up on specified date.
We also move boats in and out of the water. The cost is $15.00 each way. You must notify the office in
person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to have it moved. No boats will be moved after 3:30
p.m. Member needs to be present to move the boat in and out of the water. We do not operate the boat.
Boats will be moved only at times of availabliity of maintenance staff.
Every member is responsible for having their membership numbers posted on their property in storage.
All boats using boat slips are required to have member number placed on the boat for security reasons.
