What is Membership?

Pine Island is not a time-sharing project. It's easy to purchase lasting Membership in Pine Island R.V. Resort. Currently we have a SPECIAL, click Referral Program; to check it out. For a limited time only - $300.00 per year for 5 years!

The Member is entitled to year' round use of the property and facilities according to the protective restrictions and regulations.

*ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

1.Must be U.S. citizens, gainfully employed with a combined annual income of $35,000 or retired. 2. If married, guests understand that BOTH husband and wife must attend and complete the sales presentation. 3.Must be of legal age to participate. 4.Pine Island, Coast Deluxe & RPI members are not eligible for the free stay.

Storage Information

Storage is for Pine Island RV Resort Members only. You will be billed at the beginning of the quarter when your storage is due. If your storage is more than three (3) months past due you will not be allowed to move your property until the amount is paid. We will also put trailers on site. You will need to call at least twenty four (24) hours in advance, the charge for this service is $10.00 each way. We do not hook anything up.   IMPORTANT NOTE: You must call the office at least 24 hours in advance to have your trailer moved.  No exceptions.  We will only move RV's onto a space the day that you are coming in.  The unit will be returned to storage at owner's expense if member does not show up on specified date. We also move boats in and out of the water; the cost is $10.00 each way. You must notify the office in person between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. to have it moved. No boats will be moved after 3:30 pm.  Member needs to be present to move the boat in and out of the water. We do not operate the boat.  Boats will be moved only at times  of availability of maintenance staff. Every member is responsible for having their membership numbers on property in storage. You can purchase the numbers at the office.  All boats using boat slips need to have member name or number placed on the boat for security reasons.
