All reservations must be paid at time of booking. If you did not pay, you do not have a reservation.

**A Few Important Reminders:**
1. **Please be patient:** As we transition to this new system, we're working through some integration steps, staff training, and software overlap in the office. Your understanding is greatly appreciated! Learning opportunities will occur.
2. **MEMBERS:** To ensure you receive your DISCOUNTED MEMBER RATE, you must signup/register in the upper right-hand corner of CampLife. If your discount rate does NOT show, please contact the office or better yet email us at pineislandok@gmail.com. This could be due to unmatched information in our database or the creation of a duplicate record. Rest assured, **you WILL get your discount rate** once everything is sorted.
3. **Profile Registration:** It is crucial that you complete your profile registration completely so we can find you in the database. Once records are "Merged," we'll send you a password reset email. After resetting your password, you should be able to see the member rate + booking fee, and any applicable payment method surcharges.

* NO PETS OR SMOKING IN ANY CABINS. $100.00 per night fine for each infraction.
** Please leave cabins clean. $100.00 extra cleaning fee will be charged if required
***Off season rates $5.00/night less November 1st through March 31st.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy:
2 night minimum stay.
Members: Reservations accepted up to 1 year in advance.
Non members: Reservations accepted up to 6 months in advance
All reservations must be paid at time of booking.
Cancel less than 72 hrs before check in, one nights stay per unit/site charged. Cancel less than 48 hrs, no refund.

There is a $5.00 per night additional charge for each air conditioner in tents.

2 tents per site, 4 people per tent maximum.

LEASED RV SITES - There are only 10 year round and seasonal sites left.

***A non refundable $47 fee is required from all lease applicants for background check.
No lease will be granted until a background check has been completed and approved.

Leased sites are not available for tents and/or popups.
All RVs must be in good condition, no duct tape or tarps.
All RVs subject to Park approval.
